I got nominated for the Liebster Award ladies and gentlemen and I feel thoroughly validated.
We will keep this post short. At least try.

Special shout out to my favorite girl, Njoki Kangethe of Rusty fingers. She nominated me and has always reminded me to keep writing, keep sharing, keep being vulnerable. She is an amazing writer, sunshine rises and sets in her eyes, (meet her and then come argue with me) and she sends me long ass voice notes :) . We all need a Njoki in our lives, periodt.

I like my name. If I could change it though I’d be called Summer :)

Not being more sooner. I did my younger self a great dis service by downplaying her abilities.

Facts About Me
- I am a cat mom. My baby is called Sonu. [Edit: got a second baby recently, she’s called Kira Ophelia Leia II, she is the cutest.]
- I am also a plant mom. My first baby is called Taji.
- I am scared of dogs. All dogs. Even the cute ones.
- I am terrible listener. If I am doing anything else while ‘listening’ best believe that I don’t know what you just said.
- I hate that my eyebrows are not thick and bushy.
- I love camomile tea soo much and white roses (dear future bf).
- I can’t eat if I am happy or sad.
- I still sleep with the lights on.
- Growing up I thought I would be an engineer.
